Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Lahore
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, required skill sets, experience, and qualifications
- Build and maintain effective sources for sourcing talented candidates through CV databases, job portals, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and other channels
- Ensure finalized candidates meet selection criteria, business requirements, job profiles, role competencies, and cultural elements
- Develop effective onboarding and orientation plans for new joiners
- Maintain headcount reporting and recruitment tracker for all vacant positions
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and HR without delay
- Manage resignation acceptance letters and exit interview data
General Requirements:
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Preference for candidates from the beverages industry and local residents of Lahore who can join immediately
