Job Title: Deputy Manager (Admin & General Services)
We are looking for a competent and experienced Deputy Manager (Admin & General Services) to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in dealing with administrative matters including Human Resources/Personnel, overtime & salaries disbursement of employees, maintenance of motor vehicles, and management of office equipment. They should also have experience in event management, on-site & off-site meetings arrangements, monitoring & liaison of canteen, supervision of support staff, store management, ISO knowledge, and insurance claims handling.
- The candidate should be a graduate, and an MBA from a renowned university will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
- Up to 40 years of age.
