Position Overview:
The candidate will work in a high-volume environment to ensure transactions are processed with minimal exceptions. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with warehouse teams and sales team on order fulfilment, reporting and look after the process.
– Support the operations manager for planning and execution. (Inventory management and stock management)
– Coordinate with E-Com Team to improve daily processes.
– Coordinate with Customer support Team to improve Customer support.
– Dealing with fraud management, queries, customer experience and charge back.
Requirement:
– 3-5 years’ experience.
– Minimum Graduation.
– Must have experience on Shopify and Power BI.
– Scale the process and implement improvements where needed) General knowledge of Technology Products Able to problem-solve on a global strategic level.
– Able to communicate with internal GS teams, GS management and to an extent with customer people associated with Special Project.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
