Requirements:
– Min. Bachelors
– 3 to 4 years of relevant experience of service centers preferably in Home Appliances / Electronics / Mobile Phone Industry / Retailors
-Must have experience of after sales services, returns, product damages, complains, warranty claims, customer handling, problem resolution & reporting.
– Should have excellent communication skills
– Can work in MS Excel and create reports
