Diamond Fabrics Limited is looking to add a member to our Costing (Accounts & Finance) team, who is an expert with driving cost visibility and suggesting product inputs and creative solutions to achieve margin targets. A good fit for this role would be ideally someone who has the ability to play a pivotal role in elevating the business to create a benchmark amongst best industry practices.
The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
– Prepare and Manage Web-Based pre-order and post-order cost sheets analysis of the denim division and identify the variances and take corrective measures.
– Manage standard costs of raw materials, packaging, machines FOH, and finished goods valuation in ERP
– Manage production Accounts in ERP through the effective use of BOMs and POs for inventory valuation.
– Manage inventory movement, inventory issuance, inventory receipt, and the Inventory Revaluation (MRV) of the divisions in ERP.
– Manage and review the G/L Mapping of the Divisions related to Production Accounts.
– Prepare different types of production Order wise wastage Reports like, Remainder, weaving crimps, finishing Losses, etc.
– Analysis of all costs effective for review and decision making.
– Reconcile Production Accounts with P& L and Balance sheets.
– Manage New Articles BOMs Process-wise.
– Prepare under/ Over Applied Costs, and Cost allocation reporting for machine and department Wise overhead calculations.
– Manage Monthly Stock take and stock reconciliation activity.
– Good multitasking, analytical, interpersonal, and pressure-handling skills and the ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership.
– Has at least 3 to 5 years of work experience preferably in the Textile industry. Knowledge about textile (particularly denim and apparel) manufacturing cost drivers would be an added advantage.
Qualification Requirements: ACMA or CIMA is an equivalent qualification.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
