Position: Member, Product Development Sampling Team
Location: Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura
About the Role:
We are seeking to expand our Product Development Sampling team with an individual who excels in developing product samples with quality and precision within deadlines. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our business to set a benchmark among the best industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate sampling team activities for efficient operation
- Develop and implement sampling protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Train sampling staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and deviations
- Monitor processes to ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules and prioritize activities
- Prepare daily dispatch reports, manage fabric requests, and oversee sample reception and issuance
- Demonstrate multitasking, analytical, interpersonal, and pressure-handling skills
- Drive processes through innovation and ownership
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in textile manufacturing; experience in Product Development Sampling preferred
