Requirements:

BSCS / MS IT (Software Engineering) degree
Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience supporting applications such as Sales Flow, SAP, Forgen, HCM, Oracle
Proven ability to provide senior-level technical and operational support, addressing queries, and implementing changes promptly
Leadership and strong communication skills, capable of reporting to COO and CEO
