The University of Kamalia is seeking applications for the following positions:
- Controller of Examinations

To apply for the above positions, candidates need to submit one copy of their application on the prescribed form. The application must include attested copies of all relevant documents such as certificates, degrees, character certificates, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, provisional certificates, transcripts, relevant experience certificates with specific dates, CNIC, Domicile, etc. For foreign degree holders, HEC equivalence certificates are also required. Additionally, candidates must submit an original credit slip as proof of payment (Rs. 1000/-) made in Account No. 0720930181002449 of MCB Bank, Univ. of Agri., Faisalabad Branch (Code-1688) or a Bank Draft drawn in favor of Treasurer, University of Kamalia, Kamalia.
Candidates who are already employed in any government or other organizations must submit their applications through the power channel. Advance copies of the application may be sent to save time, but the requisite No Objection Certificate from the present employer must reach the Office of the Focal Person, University of Kamalia, Kamalia before or on the last date for receipt of applications. Candidates who fail to provide the No Objection Certificate will not be allowed to appear for an interview.
All government employees who intend to apply for any post through proper channels must clarify through the Heads of their Attached Departments that there are no pending inquiries/outstanding dues against them. Additionally, there should be no adverse remarks in any of their Mutual Confidential Reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of a Departmental Permission Certificate/No Objection Certificate (NOC). The ACRs grading for the last five years may also be recorded in the forwarding letter.
For candidates who are living abroad and unable to appear before the Selection Board, their interviews will be conducted by the Selection Board through Video Conferencing/SKYPE.
