1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank)

- To monitor, measure and report key service indicator and areas of improvement
- To provide training to bank staff on Service excellence and FTC
- To conduct root cause analysis on dissatisfaction reasons and prepare report
- To implement service procedures
- To assist line management in assigned tasks
